Generator shows the possibility of meetings between different generations in line with the intentions of the city plan. Even behind the walls of the apartment, social life reigns here. The building consists of three properties that combine student housing and housing for seniors with an access to service, meals and common areas for socializing and recreation. Accommodation for elderly is also a cooperative tenancy that gives its members the opportunity to actively influence the operation of the property.
The building has a load-bearing frame of CLT, completely without concrete, which greatly reduces the house's carbon footprint. The project is being built as a plus-energy house, with a sustainable construction process.
